Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Information Systems or equivalent experience
3 years of experience in project coordination or equivalent, preferably in the professional services or software industry
Previous Workday experience strongly preferred, but not required
A practitioner background in HR, Finance, or Payroll
Very organized individual with the ability to work in a highly deadline-driven environment with strong time management and multi-tasking skills
Excellent project management skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating flexibility, accountability, initiative, and self-motivation to identify and execute tasks
Ability to work closely with remote project teams with varying work styles and work schedules
Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote)

Responsibilities

Demonstrate competency in Cynergy™ Implementation Methodology
Manage up to 30 small to medium Continuous Value Services post-production engagements
Ensure projects are properly planned and staffed
Provide guidance and mentoring to Project Associates working on Continuous Value Services engagements
Work with client project manager to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or time frames
Ensure projects tasks are delivered within the budget outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) and according to the agreed upon Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
Present clients with change orders in the event Cognizant is being asked to perform tasks that are outside the scope of the SOW or require additional budget
Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and competing priorities across a variety of clients with minimal direction
Supporting CVS Engagement Managers on larger projects as needed
Ensure and maintain client references through ongoing customer satisfaction
Additional duties as assigned by manager
