Candidates must have 12 to 24 months of experience and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. A finance background with a B.com, BBA, M.com, or MBA degree is required, along with basic knowledge of finance and investment banking. Analytical and problem-solving skills, along with working knowledge of MS-Excel, are also necessary. The role requires afternoon/night shifts.
The Analyst II is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing within established guidelines and meeting daily deliverables, including preparing and submitting checklists. They will handle issue resolution, track trends in daily deliverables against SLAs/KRAs, and collaborate with supervisors to enhance processes. The role involves identifying and resolving problems, using initiative for less complex issues, and referring complex problems to supervisors. The analyst will work effectively both independently and as a team member, striving for proficiency in all job areas. They will also run and create formal and function-specific reports, and rigorously follow procedures for reporting operational risks, incidents, or regulatory breaches.
