Requirements

  • Intermediate level knowledge of languages: .Net (C#, C++, Python), Java, PHP, MS SharePoint, Power BI
  • Knowledge of APIs, Web Services (SOAP, REST)
  • Middleware experience with servers such as Apache Tomcat, JBoss/WildFly, WebLogic, etc
  • Databases knowledge: SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server); ability to execute queries and analyze results
  • Knowledge of design patterns (MVC)
  • Operating systems: Intermediate level in Windows, Linux/Unix (navigation, logs, basic commands)
  • Version control: Basic use of Git, reviewing repositories and branches
  • Ticketing tools: JIRA, ServiceNow, Remedy, etc

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents and problems in Java applications (back-end and front-end, if applicable)
  • Monitor application performance and availability
  • Manage support tickets through tools such as ServiceNow, as well as your own management tools
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document solutions
  • Escalate complex issues to development teams (Level 3) with the necessary information
  • Support functional or technical testing during deployments or changes
  • Participate in continuous improvement, automation, or process documentation activities
  • Knowledge of generating metrics based on reports and KPIs
  • Work as a team to ensure the efficient operation of Device Management
  • Use tools and methodologies for continuous improvement
