Requirements

  • Bachelor, Master, or PhD degree in Public Health, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field
  • Professional experience in marketing, market access, or consulting
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills

Responsibilities

  • Support project team on overall execution of market research projects
  • Assist in drafting research materials and preparing reports (including questionnaire design, table specs, code frames, report charting, and key takeaway messaging)
  • Conduct in-depth interviews (with supervision)
  • Prepare content analysis/summaries of IDIs
  • Assist in qualitative report preparation
  • Coordinate with supporting modules (FW, Data Process, Quality Control team)
  • Manage time and resources effectively
  • Provide on-the-job coaching to analysts/researchers or interns (if available)
