Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) and preferably a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (MSEE). A minimum of 10 years of experience in the analog semiconductor industry is required, along with preferred experience in leading a chip development team. Experience with analog circuit designs utilizing 22, 16, 12, and lower node technologies, including PAs, Modulators, LNAs, LOs, detectors, dividers, biasing, high-speed, high-precision ADC design, Digital PLL, SerDes, VCO, and PMU is essential, as well as familiarity with PCIe, USB, JESD204C, MIPI, and Ethernet PHY IP.

Responsibilities

The Analog Design Lead/Manager will manage, hire, supervise, and retain the analog team, ensuring effective team performance and development. They will make necessary customizations to internal and external Analog IP, evaluate IP from third-party vendors, architect circuit solutions, perform schematic capture, simulation, and key-element layout, and develop cells, blocks, macros, and entire devices. The role involves collaborating with other IC designers, package designers, characterization engineers, and operations, ensuring testability and validating finished silicon, working with Architects to set system-level specifications, and providing simulation support including running simulations, frequency-domain and time-domain analysis, debugging simulations, and resolving timing issues.
