Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, Information Technology Management, or a related field. Experience in material management and logistics is required, along with intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and knowledge in logistical processes. Familiarity with the SAP system, particularly the PM and MM modules related to MPT control, is also a must.

Responsibilities

The Analista de Logística will execute tasks of low complexity related to material and logistics management, focusing on supporting MPT (Material in Third Party) due diligence activities in the PSAO. They will monitor, control, and update information about materials in third-party possession in the SAP system, primarily using the PM and MM modules. The role involves supporting logistical operations, elaborating and presenting managerial reports based on material movement data, conducting critical analyses of processes, proposing solutions, supporting internal teams in consolidating information, collaborating with teams to meet deadlines, organizing and updating technical documents, contributing to continuous improvement of workflows, and participating in technical meetings.
