Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in an IT role, such as Operations, Production Support, Systems Administration, or Infrastructure Support. They must also have 2+ years of experience with IBM Workload Scheduler z/OS and Distributed scheduling, along with working knowledge of UNIX, Linux, Mainframe, Windows Server, and TCP/IP protocols. Strong proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.

Responsibilities

This IT Production Control - Job Scheduling Analyst will be responsible for building permanent scheduling definitions using IBM Workload Scheduler, including calendars, resources, variables, and events. They will provide support for Mainframe adhoc scheduling, assist in troubleshooting production issues, and support SAP Transports, code migration, View/Deliver, and XPORTER. The role also involves participation in on-call rotations and providing support for SAP application scheduling, including familiarity with SAP Transports via SAP Solution Manager (Solman).
