Estudios de Técnico en Comercio Exterior, Ingeniero en Comercio Exterior o afines
Experiencia mínima de 1 año en funciones relacionadas con Comercio Exterior en empresas productivas, importadoras y exportadoras
Conocimiento de Incoterms
Excel intermedio
Manejo de SAP
Inglés intermedio
Conocimientos de normativas de importación y exportación en el rubro farmacéutico

Responsibilities

Gestionar en tiempo y forma y al menor costo posible la logística internacional de importaciones y exportaciones
Coordinar oportunamente con el freight forwarder y la agencia de aduanas, el proceso de transporte y la importación y exportación de los productos, materias primas, productos terminados, repuestos, etc
Contactar a los proveedores internacionales para gestionar los despachos de importación, recibir y revisar los documentos soporte de las importaciones, generar instrucciones a la agencia de aduanas
Informar a las áreas de Tesorería y Finanzas los impuestos y derechos que la compañía debe pagar por la internación de las mercaderías, y coordinar con el transporte nacional la entrega a bodega
Coordinar con las áreas de Planning y Bodega la exportación de productos, facturar y realizar los trámites correspondientes con los freight forwarders y agente de aduanas
Mantener las planillas de seguimiento actualizadas con todos los campos, así como las fechas en SAP que corresponden a Comex
Mantener relaciones cercanas con los diferentes clientes internos y externos, brindando información oportuna y dando prioridad a las urgencias de la compañía
