Responsibilities

The Analista de Atención al Cliente will manage sales orders for their assigned client portfolio, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. They will handle returns of sales and other customer service related requests, provide support to both internal and external clients, analyze customer service portfolio information to support sales projections, generate synergies with other company areas to improve operational efficiency and service quality, and elaborate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, they will focus on continuous process improvement, maintain contact with internal and external areas, and ensure excellence in service delivery.
