Responsibilities

  • Stimulate sales using StoreForce dashboard results, seek feedback, and exceed sales targets while owning personal contributions to store sales
  • Deliver world-class client experiences by connecting with clients, listening attentively, asking open questions, demonstrating products, and identifying opportunities to improve their day
  • Build the brand by educating clients on Lush values (anti-animal testing, freshest cosmetics, ethical sourcing, 100% vegetarian handmade naked packaging) and engaging in community initiatives like in-store parties to drive traffic
  • Develop and maintain passion for products through continuous learning to provide confident, informed product recommendations
  • Use Lush resources for personal development, improve sales techniques and product knowledge, seek feedback, and support team growth
  • Encourage open communication, active listening on DEIB topics, foster belonging through teamwork, collaboration, and valuing unique employee contributions
