The Alliances & Channels Manager will develop and manage strategic partnerships with global, regional, and local entities, including system integrators, consulting firms, resellers, and technology providers. Responsibilities include driving revenue through partner-led sales strategies, executing joint go-to-market plans aligned with Degreed's sales and marketing efforts, and enabling partners with necessary training and resources. The role involves close collaboration with internal Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, analyzing EMEA market trends and competitor activities to optimize partnership strategies, and reporting on key performance metrics and insights to leadership.
