Requirements

Candidates must hold an M.S. or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering with a strong emphasis on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, and possess familiarity with good software development practices, including code quality and version control. Strong proficiency in ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow is required, along with a good understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and other advanced ML topics. Applicants should have the ability to debug and determine requirements for AI models regarding data, training, and evaluation, and stay current with research literature and recent ML techniques.

Responsibilities

As an AI Research Engineer, the individual will design, implement, and evaluate novel machine learning and deep learning algorithms, iterate on AI model development from data to deployment, collaborate with other researchers and engineers on prototyping and validation, conduct experiments to benchmark techniques and evaluate model behavior, develop tools and frameworks for scalable research and development, communicate research findings to leadership, and assist in transitioning research prototypes into production-ready systems.
