Requirements

Any Graduation
16 to 25 years of experience
Own project governance, risk management, and delivery quality across all implementation phases (Due Diligence, Design, Configure, Validate, Handover)
Drive early engagement during pre-sales and scoping to validate data readiness, connectors, and integration complexity
Ensure all deployments adhere to Professional Services Playbooks, configuration standards, and security guidelines
Partner with the Enterprise Architect Lead to define integration touchpoints, data flows, and AI services usage
Ensure AI/Agentic automation features are configured to optimize efficiency and decision intelligence
Validate architecture scalability and compliance (SOC2, GDPR, ISO 27001 alignment)
Ability to identify and assess complex problems requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
Involvement in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals
Interaction with senior management levels at client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters
Latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments
Decisions have lasting impact on area of responsibility and potentially outside
Manage large teams and/or work efforts
Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Responsibilities

Build market-driven software products (1-to-many) by identifying market problems, user and buyer personas, creating effective requirements, and developing strategic go-to-market strategies for product or Platform introduction
Manage the series of changes a software product goes through, from design and development to ultimate retirement or disposal
Act as part of the Technology for Operations team providing innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model
Work closely with sales, offering, and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions (including AHO, ISMT, Intelligent Automation)
Create solutions in situations requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
