Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in IT operations, internal product management, or business systems teams, with at least 3 years leading Agile transformations or serving as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master. A strong understanding of Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, along with delivery metrics, is essential. Proven ability to coach teams and leaders, manage change, and implement scalable operating models is required, as is experience with OKRs, KPI frameworks, or performance measurement processes. Strong collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills are necessary, along with proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence. Agile certifications, experience in a matrixed or enterprise internal IT environment, and familiarity with ITIL, Lean, or business systems operations are preferred.

Responsibilities

The Agile Operations Manager will serve as an internal Agile Coach for technology and operations teams, guiding the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile frameworks. This role involves partnering with team leads and functional managers to establish consistent operating rhythms, leading and improving the OKR management process, and acting as a delivery partner to managers and product owners. The manager will lead, mentor, and develop a team of Scrum Masters, facilitate retrospectives and maturity assessments, and support operational health tracking through metrics and reporting. Responsibilities also include maintaining and evolving shared templates and frameworks for Agile delivery and capacity planning, and collaborating cross-functionally with PMO, Business Applications, Product, and Enterprise IT.
