Requirements

  • Une première expérience en prospection, développement d’affaires ou ventes internes
  • Une aisance avec les appels sortants et la prise de contact à froid
  • Une excellente communication verbale et écrite
  • Une bonne écoute, de la curiosité et une approche orientée solution
  • Une maîtrise des outils numériques (CRM, suite Office, outils de prospection en ligne)
  • Atouts
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais)
  • Connaissance de la comptabilité et/ou des logiciels Acomba et Avantage
  • Expérience avec des outils de prospection modernes (ex. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, ZoomInfo)

Responsibilities

  • Identifier et qualifier des prospects (par téléphone, courriel, LinkedIn ou via nos outils de prospection)
  • Initier des contacts à froid et piquer la curiosité des décideurs
  • Contribuer à la croissance de l’équipe en alimentant les vendeurs avec des opportunités prêtes à convertir
  • Atteindre et surpasser tes objectifs avec énergie et enthousiasme
  • Documenter et maintenir tes activités dans notre CRM afin d’assurer un suivi rigoureux
