Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, sales operations, or program management
  • Minimum of 2 years of client management or client engagement experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with all MS Office tools
  • Preferred: Digital Advertising Sales Agency Experience
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred: Experience in managing and coaching leaders
  • Ability to make decisions using data with strong analytical and proven reporting skills; excellent problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Agency Partner Managers for a Digital Ads Sales client (team size of approx. 40-50 sales managers and sellers focused on growing and expanding existing agencies and their advertisers)
  • Report directly to the Regional Sales Leader
  • Revenue Activation: Own total program performance against sales targets/client success measures for a single program across a single geo; run an effective governance and performance management structure to meet or exceed function-level inputs and Key Results that drive Revenue
  • Client Relationship Management: Work in lockstep with client stakeholders by understanding & operationalizing the function-level strategy; communicate wins, learnings, challenges & business risks with the client; leverage industry experience to be a trusted, strategic partner to client stakeholders
  • Deliverables: Provide a read out of program performance in forums such as business reviews; provide qualitative/quantitative insights and action plans to achieve revenue targets
  • People Management: Interview, coach, mentor and performance manage a group of sales managers and sellers
