Strong existing network of relationships in the GSI, Digital & Web Development Agency landscape
Ability to proactively prospect and establish new strategic partnerships
Capability to prioritize existing relationships with partners best positioned to drive regional growth
Experience building & presenting joint business plans to partners, aligning on shared value proposition, co-selling, and mutual pipeline generation
Ability to work with internal and partner sales teams to test new sales plays and formalize effective GTM motions

Responsibilities
Lead acquisition, activation, and expansion across a strategic portfolio of digital and creative agencies
Accelerate Prismic’s adoption among leading agencies, building productive relationships that drive new business referrals and maximize partner sales opportunities in your region
Own partner pipeline end-to-end: prospecting and recruiting new agencies, activating them to build and sell with Prismic, and continuously reviewing portfolio to focus on strategic partners
Act as a trusted advisor, progressing referrals from partner pipeline, qualifying leads into opportunities for the sales pipeline
Collaborate with cross-functional team (Account Executives, Solution Architects, Partner Marketing, Product managers) to support pipeline growth and amplify partner impact
Deliver against partner-sourced qualified opportunity and revenue targets as key member of Revenue team
Build & manage a multi-million euro opportunity pipeline, ensuring predictable partner-sourced revenue growth quarterly
