The Agency Onboarding Associate will manage the onboarding process for new agency partners, including coordinating training sessions, setting mutual growth goals, and tracking agency performance. They will engage with agency partners and producers through scheduled check-ins and daily outbound calls, leveraging data to ensure agencies meet their production goals. This role also involves collaborating with the existing ASM team, providing feedback to the Product & Shared Services team, and addressing objections from agencies regarding onboarding challenges, while demonstrating a passion for educating new agency principals, agents, and support staff.
