Candidates should have 2+ years of experience selling multiple insurance products, broker or call center experience, a comprehensive understanding of Auto and Home Insurance products, and an active P&C or Personal Lines license. They must also be technologically competent with the ability to navigate various systems, tools, and equipment, and be willing to work at least one weekend day per month.
As a Senior Insurance Sales Agent, you will engage with customers to guide them through the insurance comparison and switching process, analyze customer insurance needs using a consultative approach, identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining accuracy, and build instant relationships to close sales.
