Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a target-driven, customer-facing role, preferably in account management, brand management, performance marketing, digital marketing, sales or consulting, with a proven track record of managing high-value client portfolios
  • Demonstrated experience working with marketing agencies or in-house marketing teams in the SMB space, with a deep understanding of agency dynamics and client management
  • In-depth knowledge of the media and digital marketing landscape in Australia & New Zealand, and performance metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROAS, with the ability to leverage these metrics to drive campaign success
  • Extensive experience using analytical approaches to solve complex business problems and optimise marketing strategies
  • Ability to influence C-level executives and build effective relationships
  • Proven ability to train and educate advertisers on solutions, including how to create and optimise campaigns, with a focus on driving measurable results
  • Skilled in presenting strategic recommendations and campaign results to large audiences, including industry experts and agencies, effectively communicating insights and demonstrating the value of advertising solutions
  • Strong ability to understand, validate, and overcome customer objections by crafting compelling marketing plans using the platform’s functionality to achieve advertisers' goals
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and maintain current, comprehensive knowledge of the client’s products and services, staying ahead of industry trends and innovations
  • Tech-savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology, capable of leveraging new tools and platforms to enhance campaign performance
  • Proven experience working toward quarterly goals in a KPI-driven environment, consistently achieving and exceeding targets

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and client-facing liaison between the advertising agency, clients, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, strong relationships and effective problem-solving
  • Oversee agency relationships with an 'Agency first' mindset, balancing the needs of agencies within your book of business, ensuring commitments are met while driving growth and maximising results
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of new and existing Agencies and their SMB clients, activating and growing advertising revenue on the platform through consultative advice, campaign optimisation, and data-driven results
  • Drive client success by providing pre- and post-sales support, delivering impactful advertising strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction
  • Take ownership of driving results for SMB clients through consultation, education, and ongoing support, while fostering collaboration with Accenture and client sales teams to develop and grow relationships
  • Provide valuable product feedback and insights from clients to internal teams, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation in our solutions
  • Resolve client issues efficiently, communicate progress proactively, and identify opportunities for clients to enhance their use of our solutions, maintaining a persistent and positive attitude
  • Act as a senior point of contact and escalation within the team, offering leadership, mentorship, and guidance to ensure high team performance
  • Support team training initiatives, leveraging your quick learning abilities and resourcefulness to foster continuous development
