Demonstrated component development and system integration experience
Strong team leadership skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Technical Excellence: Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges
Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers
Electronics Engineering: Knowledge of electronics engineering; ability to design, test and manufacture electronic circuits, components and devices

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Link and Vision Link products and services
Lead hardware and software requirements discussions
Direct the procurement, build, and validation of prototype and production systems
Accountable for Design Reviews and Stakeholder Updates
Manage FMEA and DVP&R plan activities, tests, and resulting documentation
Manage Field Follow validation activities on Cat and Customer machines
Develop and Release BOM engineering drawings into the Caterpillar system
Resolve customer questions and issues utilizing the DSN system
Mentor and Coach engineering team members for team development and success
Provide technical guidance to peers and initiate innovative ideas for products & systems
Efficiently deliver Aftermarket products to meet timelines through Agile methodology
Lead teams with focus on electrical and electronic hardware system integration
Manage project leadership activities for launch, development, validation, and production release of Aftermarket kit solutions
Direct several projects with responsibility for all project development deliverables
Present in project stakeholder reviews, senior leadership reviews, and lead various project team meetings
