  • Electronics Engineering: Knowledge of electronics engineering; ability to design, test and manufacture electronic circuits, components and devices

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Link and Vision Link products and services
  • Lead hardware and software requirements discussions
  • Direct the procurement, build, and validation of prototype and production systems
  • Accountable for Design Reviews and Stakeholder Updates
  • Manage FMEA and DVP&R plan activities, tests, and resulting documentation
  • Manage Field Follow validation activities on Cat and Customer machines
  • Develop and Release BOM engineering drawings into the Caterpillar system
  • Resolve customer questions and issues utilizing the DSN system
  • Mentor and Coach engineering team members for team development and success
  • Provide technical guidance to peers and initiate innovative ideas for products & systems
  • Efficiently deliver Aftermarket products to meet timelines through Agile methodology
  • Lead teams with focus on electrical and electronic hardware system integration
  • Manage project leadership activities for launch, development, validation, and production release of Aftermarket kit solutions
  • Direct several projects with responsibility for all project development deliverables
  • Present in project stakeholder reviews, senior leadership reviews, and lead various project team meetings
