Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or medical engineering or a related scientific discipline
  • Over 3 years of clinical electrophysiology experience, with at least 2 years independently supporting mapping procedures
  • Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry
  • Fluency in English and Polish, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Independent, responsible, and decisive, with flexibility and willingness to travel as required
  • Ability to work in electrophysiology labs and achieve vendor credentialing

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and technical assistance to physicians and laboratory staff on the use of the mapping and ablation system, including generators, software, pumps, and accessories within the Poznań-Wrocław region
  • Conduct training sessions to introduce new technologies to hospital stakeholders and ensure acceptance
  • Participate in the development of advanced clinical workflows
  • Collaborate with the education team to support the development of training centers
  • Share best clinical practices with colleagues to optimize the customer experience
  • Work with service engineers on technical troubleshooting and provide feedback to marketing on system use and new product development
  • Build strong professional relationships with customers and manage high-stress situations with a problem-solving mindset
