Requirements

Candidates are required to possess a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA, MPH, or related advanced degree preferred, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant operational role, including prior startup experience strongly preferred. They should demonstrate excitement for a fast-moving, high-growth, tech-forward startup environment, taking complete ownership of their work, and comfort with developing a data framework to monitor goals and KPIs. Strong project management and process improvement skills are also necessary, along with experience collaborating with product, engineering, and clinical teams to enhance service delivery.

Responsibilities

The Advocate Lifecycle Manager will own the full operational lifecycle of Solace advocates, from onboarding to off-boarding, designing and continuously improving onboarding programs, tools, and resources. They will also develop and lead systems to drive ongoing engagement and advocate satisfaction, partner closely with clinical leadership, work with Product and Data teams, establish frameworks for feedback and continuous improvement, implement off-boarding processes, and help define advocate success and build the infrastructure to deliver it at scale.
