Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in technical presales, solution architecture, or consulting, with a proven history in enterprise-scale data integration and analytics. A strong technical background in data engineering, including hands-on experience with data ingestion tools, ETL processes, data modeling, various database solutions, and analytics platforms is required. Deep familiarity with integration technologies such as REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, JDBC, data pipelines, streaming data platforms, and middleware technologies is necessary. Working knowledge of software development practices and proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, Python, or SQL is essential. Experience with low-code/no-code application development platforms is expected, and ServiceNow platform certifications are strongly preferred. Experience leveraging or integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is also a key requirement.
The Advisory Solution Consultant will serve as a key technical advisor for ServiceNow’s Workflow Data Fabric, articulating the benefits of integrated data solutions to stakeholders. They will lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer data integration challenges and translate them into ServiceNow-based solutions. Responsibilities include designing robust architectures for data ingestion, transformation, integration, analytics, and actionable insights using the Workflow Data Fabric. The role involves close collaboration with sales, product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and project success. Additionally, they will support the presales lifecycle to drive sales targets with tailored data integration solutions and maintain deep technical expertise on ServiceNow’s platform and industry trends.
