Candidates should possess 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience, along with experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. Public sector solution sales experience is considered a plus, and proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions is required. Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to guide execution excellence, are also necessary.
As a Solution Consultant, you will support product sales as a technical and domain expert for a client-facing sales team, guide revenue for the State and Local Solution Sales, lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges, provide product demonstrations, answer product feature and technical questions, provide feedback to product management about product enhancements, share and learn best practices, and support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
