Job Description

ServiceNow, a leader in Insurance solutions, is seeking an Advisory Solution Consultant (Core) to focus on Enterprise Insurance customers. This critical role involves providing consultative, pre-sales support to our clients.

As a Solution Consultant, you will be a trusted technical advisor, responsible for creating and delivering tailored solutions to our valued Enterprise Insurance customers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meeting our quarterly and annual sales goals within your territory.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying, qualifying, and advancing opportunities through the sales cycle, delivering impactful solutions to customers.
  • Demonstrating the technical and business value of ServiceNow solutions to clients.
  • Collaborating effectively within a matrixed environment, leveraging resources to provide optimal solutions.
  • Utilizing your knowledge of the Insurance Industry to showcase how the ServiceNow platform can address customers' most complex business challenges.

This role demands a strategic approach to planning and execution, representing the entire portfolio of ServiceNow products. A successful candidate will excel in a matrixed environment, building relationships across IT and various business lines, focusing on delivering measurable results and driving the growth of ServiceNow's solution portfolio.


Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This includes using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
  • Demonstrated Financial Services Experience, with a preference for Insurance experience.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
  • Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services.
  • Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterparts to guide execution excellence.
  • Ability to travel, as necessary.

Compensation & Benefits

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay range of $131,725 to $217,925, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Sales positions typically include a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.

  • Base pay is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
  • Benefits include health plans (including flexible spending accounts), a 401(k) Plan with company match, Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), matching donations, a flexible time away plan, and family leave programs.

Compensation is based on the geographic location of the role and is subject to change.
