The role requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to handle challenging customers, with up to 30% travel expected.

Responsibilities

The Advisory Solution Consultant will support product sales as a technical and domain expert, guiding revenue for specific ServiceNow products. This involves leading discovery workshops to understand customer challenges, delivering product demonstrations, and answering technical questions from customers, partners, and colleagues. The consultant will also provide feedback to product management on enhancements, share best practices with other Solution Consultants, stay current on competitive analysis, and support marketing events.
