  • Ability to adopt a services-led sales approach, driving customer engagement through consultative interactions and value-based discussions
  • Passion for delivering innovative, solutions-oriented services with a vertical focus, while leveraging and expanding the partner ecosystem
  • Knowledge of broader topics such as sustainability, CIO priorities, and HPE's value proposition on Hybrid Cloud, AI, and Intelligent Edge
  • Ability to leverage storytelling and real-world references to simplify complex technologies for customers
  • Capability to articulate advantages of innovative solutions and differentiate HPE offerings from competitors
  • Business and sales leadership skills to build mutually beneficial relationships with accounts at all levels, including C-level
  • Motivated to drive A&PS revenues, profitability, and pipeline growth

Responsibilities

  • Lead at the customer with broader topics such as sustainability, CIO priorities, etc., and engage customers with HPE's specific value proposition on Hybrid Cloud, AI, and Intelligent Edge
  • Serve as a trusted advisor within an assigned territory, industry, or set of accounts, guiding customers on a strategic partnership journey and identifying/developing qualified opportunities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, organizational structure, and future challenges to design and adapt solution roadmaps
  • Build and maintain professional, consultative relationships with clients at all levels, including C-level, to grow HPE A&PS market share
  • Drive A&PS revenues, profitability, and pipeline by growing accounts
  • Qualify and review new leads to drive sales opportunities to closure
  • Work with partners and internal account teams to ensure a smooth sales process
