Requirements

Candidates should possess 1 to 2 years of customer service, consumer affairs, or sales experience, along with proven ability to communicate persuasively and effectively in a professional manner. They must demonstrate the ability to relay situational details and complex process steps verbally and in writing, and have a demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service. Strong attention to detail and time management skills are also required, along with proficiency in operating customer-facing applications and workforce management systems. A High School Diploma or equivalent is necessary, and experience in Coca-Cola operations, business, and procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Advisor, Customer Resolution Specialist will support the business by directly interacting with customers, collaborating with cross-functional departments to resolve customer issues, and ensuring a timely and satisfactory response is received. They will serve as a subject matter expert, proactively monitor call volume and system issues, maintain accurate details of escalated calls, and serve as a resource to the training group by analyzing trends and providing feedback. Additionally, they will identify opportunities for process improvement, produce standardized reports, ensure backlog processing efficiency, and monitor outbound/admin work generated within systems.
