Requirements

  • High performing individual contributor capable of maintaining and improving Marketing Mixed Model (MMM) operations and sign-off
  • Ability to consistently apply and enhance analytics capabilities, best practices, and processes to solve complex business issues and identify opportunities
  • Proficiency in extracting data from multiple sources and combining into required datasets for model building or analytics
  • Knowledge to challenge MMM concepts and outputs based on modelling, marketing, and business knowledge
  • Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to clarify business questions and enhance feature selection
  • Expertise in probability, frequentist vs Bayesian statistics, and statistical concepts like regression, ANOVA, AB testing
  • Ability to select appropriate measurement techniques/designs to answer business questions and explain trade-offs
  • Skills in defining and building data models, interpreting outputs, and iterating to improve models
  • Capability to provide guidance and coaching on statistical techniques
  • Understanding of common data models, their assumptions, and best data sources
  • Willingness to learn new modelling approaches and critically evaluate their benefits
  • Ability to refine modelling project questions, drive model design decisions, and provide recommendations
