  • Comfortable with data analysis using Excel & LLMs (pivot tables, formulas, filtering, formatting) to speed up workflows

  • 0-2 years in data analytics or media operations (full-service agency, media agency, or client-side)

Responsibilities

  • Plan compelling television ad campaigns achieving client’s audience-targeting goals cost-effectively
  • Purchase and financially reconcile media for ad campaigns across TV Network partnerships
  • Traffic creative assets and instructions to networks
  • Compile post-campaign reports showing effectiveness in reaching audiences and providing data-driven insights
  • Monitor active campaigns daily and assemble client deliverables (proposals, weekly pacing reports, pre-logs)
  • Translate PM workflows into detailed, step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures
  • Maintain comprehensive operational documentation, keeping guides up-to-date
  • Collaborate with Ukraine-based Product & Technical teams to communicate feedback on tools & automation
  • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) of new tools and workflows
