Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person parent meetings with prospective families, adjusting to their preferences on time and location
  • Host campus tours and open houses in collaboration with campus staff
  • Be present at community and school events to represent Primer (admissions-focused, not generating marketing opportunities)
  • Maintain scheduling, communication, and follow-ups in Salesforce/Groove, aligned with central admissions processes
  • Serve as a local ambassador for Primer, helping families feel welcomed and connected during enrollment exploration
