Candidates should possess proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, along with strong written and verbal communication skills, basic computer literacy, and organizational skills. Experience with Xactimate is preferred, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision is also desired.
The Administrative Clerk will set up and manage client or staff appointments efficiently, respond to emails in a timely and professional manner, perform basic clerical tasks such as data entry, file organization, and document preparation, use Outlook and Excel to manage communications and data, and assist with administrative functions as assigned by the supervisor.
