Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars for executive team members, ensuring meetings are prioritized and scheduled effectively
Coordinate meeting logistics across time zones, proactively anticipating and resolving conflicts
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and pre-read documents to ensure executives are always set up for success
Support the planning and execution of Off-Sites, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), All Hands, and other company-wide meetings
Manage meeting logistics, including presentation setup, catering orders, and technology needs
Coordinate after-hours events such as executive dinners, off-sites, and leadership gatherings
Arrange domestic and international travel for executives, including flights, accommodations
