Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrate strong computer skills including proficiency in Power Point, Word, and Excel, exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be RCRA compliant. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is also required.
The Administration Assistant will answer and route incoming calls accurately, record messages efficiently, ensure compliance with the Corporate Visitor Policy, maintain the Plant Access Card program, open and distribute incoming mail, process Maximo payables, file production worksheets daily, distribute correspondence via fax, log and file employee training records and contractor/visitor information, assist other departments with day-to-day tasks, arrange branch luncheons, order office supplies and maintain inventory, assist with HR functions, provide backup support, and uphold Hydrite’s Standard of Excellence while participating in relevant training activities.
