Position Overview

  • Location Type: Remote
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: P35,000-P50,000 (Salary Package)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT)

This role involves performing accurate data entry, transcribing, and migrating information into key business platforms. You will also be responsible for maintaining digital records, identifying process inefficiencies, and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a data entry or administrative support role.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and digital workflow platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn independently.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
  • Comfortable researching and experimenting with unfamiliar software platforms.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Ascora, Monday.com, or Ontrack.
  • Background in construction, trade services, or similar industries.
  • Familiarity with document processing tools and basic automation techniques.
  • Working knowledge of Excel functions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry into key business platforms (Ascora, Monday.com, Ontrack).
  • Transcribe and migrate information from PDFs, emails, spreadsheets, and job documents into structured formats and other platforms.
  • Maintain and update digital records with a strong focus on accuracy and completeness.
  • Import/export data between systems.
  • Identify gaps or inefficiencies in processes and contribute to process improvement.
  • Proactively create, write, and update SOPs as tasks and systems evolve.
  • Research how to best use platforms to ensure optimal data handling.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to clarify unclear inputs and ensure alignment on expectations.
  • Maintain an organized digital workspace for all assigned records and files.
