  • Capability to conduct needs analysis to understand advertiser goals, challenges, and business models
  • Ability to provide high-touch consultative support as a digital marketing advisor
  • Skills in monitoring advertiser satisfaction and ensuring long-term retention
  • Competence in handling inbound queries related to ad products, billing, targeting, and troubleshooting
  • Experience in conducting outbound cold calls and follow-ups with existing clients
  • Ability to identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and pitch value-added products or features (e.g., remarketing, shopping ads)
  • Skills in driving revenue growth through proactive lead qualification, engagement, and conversion
  • Knowledge of managing campaign lifecycle across types including Search Ads, Display Ads, Product Listing Ads (PLA), Product Category Ads (PCA), and Sponsored Ads
