Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the collective output and personal development of a small team of execs and assistants
  • Develop and nurture the team, driving collaboration by challenging and motivating members
  • Ensure a "right first time" mentality through culture of accuracy and QA, following processes, conducting audits/checks, and providing training/guidance
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of tools and systems for DCO campaign setup (ad servers, in-house tech, DSPs, etc.)
  • Act as activation lead on key clients, building/maintaining relationships with media agencies and acting as technical go-to in external communication
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative conception/strategy, template/product developers, creative analysts, designers)
  • Manage standard campaign management responsibilities across channels (display, social, video, etc.)
  • Establish as trusted expert/go-to resource for ad operations matters within the team and company
