Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing
Strong organization, planning, and prioritization skills to handle multiple subjects and activities simultaneously
Rigor and strong analytical skills (data-driven profile)
Proactive, dynamic, curious, with a constant search for improvement
Good knowledge of digital marketing, mastery of digital acquisition tools and their evolution
Native French speaker preferred, fluent in English
Strong writing skills
Team spirit (frequent interactions with local, European, and global Consumer team members)
Autonomy
Knowledge and experience in the media and magazine press sector is a plus
Responsibilities
Define the acquisition strategy and deploy the roadmap to recruit new subscribers to magazines, event participants, and customers, mainly via online channels: Paid Media, SEA, emailings, display, auto promotion, etc
Generate qualified traffic to e-commerce sites
Optimize the visibility of campaigns
Manage and allocate the overall acquisition budget
Optimize ROI per channel and make necessary arbitrations
Define and implement A/B tests for continuous improvement of campaign performance: wordings, creatives, channels
Brief graphic designers and/or external service providers
Collaborate with internal Consumer business managers (subscriptions/sales/e-commerce) and external agencies to refine the acquisition strategy and improve lifetime value
Measure, analyze, and produce performance reports for campaigns using available measurement tools
Benchmark best practices from Condé Nast titles internationally and competitors in France
Explore and propose new acquisition channels
Update the e-commerce site with new offers
Prepare and manage prospecting marketing email sends via the Sailthru platform; track all KPIs for optimization (open rates, click rates, conversions, CPA, etc.)
Lead lead generation campaigns
Ensure visuals and campaign messages align with editorial lines and reader profiles
Support the evolution of marketing and analytics tools provided by Condé Nast global
