  • Technical life sciences degree
  • Several years of LC MS experience; knowledge of relevant markets and HRMS preferred
  • Results-driven, commercially focused; sales experience a plus
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, strong presentation skills
  • Effective team player, able to unify departments
  • Skilled at building internal and external relationships
  • Willing to travel up to 60%
  • Hands-on LCMS HRES experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Drive Accurate Mass Sales in the region by identifying, developing, and closing MS business opportunities
  • Boost win-rate through collaboration with Sales, Applications/Support, and Service Teams
  • Stay updated on workflows and market trends to inform local sales strategies
  • Partner with Application/Support Team to manage demos, including pre-positioning and data review
  • Collaborate with Market Development Managers to generate leads at regional events
  • Gather and report Voice of Customer (VOC) and market feedback
  • Grow and leverage the regional user base as sales references
  • Work with Market Development Managers to engage current and new regional Thought-Leaders
  • Support accurate mass MS growth by maintaining and developing customer relationships and working with Sales and Applications/Support Teams to present solutions and develop sales strategies
