Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, coupled with over 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. A strong understanding of SaaS billing models and proficiency in accounting and billing tools like NetSuite, Chargebee, or Stripe are essential. Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and a proven ability to enhance A/R operations are also required.

Responsibilities

The Accounts Receivable Manager will oversee the entire accounts receivable lifecycle, including billing, collections, cash application, dispute resolution, and reporting, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing for SaaS contracts. This role involves managing A/R aging reports, proactively handling collections, resolving customer billing issues, and supporting global revenue recognition. The manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams on contract terms and billing strategies, optimize A/R processes and tools, provide regular performance reporting, ensure audit readiness, and manage, mentor, and develop a team of A/R professionals.
