Requirements

Candidates should have 2-3 years of QuickBooks experience, preferably QuickBooks Online, and 2-3 years of technical support experience in a customer care role within banking, financial, or accounting. A Bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred, along with a technical or computer background. Strong computer skills, analytical abilities, and comfort with technical concepts are essential. Responsibilities

The Accounting Integration Expert will interact with customers via email, phone, and screenshare to train them on the QuickBooks Online integration and ensure their success on the Houzz Pro and Ivy platforms. Responsibilities include creating and optimizing QuickBooks documentation, providing functional accounting and technical support, troubleshooting syncing issues with the product development team, and improving integration processes. The role also involves establishing onboarding and training protocols, managing technical support tickets via Jira, and creating educational videos.
