Candidates should possess 5+ years of work experience, including at least 2+ years in R&D domains or SaaS selling into Life Sciences, and experience selling complementary or competitive solutions. They must demonstrate entrepreneurial instincts, the ability to understand strategy and connect it to operations, a passion for sales to C-Level executives, and the capacity to articulate business cases and value propositions to C-Level executives, as well as a creative mindset to drive results. Furthermore, candidates are required to be based in the general vicinity of the job posting.
As an Account Partner, the individual will be responsible for achieving team quarterly and annual sales goals, understanding and executing sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources, keeping current with industry trends, engaging customers in addressing their business challenges, and acting with urgency, integrity, and a focus on customer success. They will also be responsible for generating new opportunities, winning new business, managing executive-level relationships with emerging biotech companies, and serving as a foundational member of the Vault Basics sales organization to help recognize the product as the go-to solution for emerging biotechs.
