This is an office-based role at the Sydney office.
The role is part of a dynamic, multi-national team in a fast-paced environment within the Application Service Group, collaborating with Legal & Compliance, Developers, Project Managers, New Accounts, and Risk Assessment teams.
Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries via various channels, researching and resolving account opening questions with AML and KYC compliance, learning the brokerage platform, collaborating with teams, and demonstrating problem-solving skills.
Strong candidates have prior financial services experience, exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring AML/KYC compliance.
