Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, and have at least three years of experience in wealth management or a client-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to coordinate complex account administration and understand fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and/or custody accounts. Familiarity with governing documents and account agreements is also necessary.
The Account Manager will coordinate account administration for complex client relationships, including fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and/or custody accounts. They will respond to client inquiries, develop action plans and reports, oversee transaction processing, and communicate with clients regularly. This role also involves assisting Wealth Management Trust Advisors and other team members with client requests, meetings, business development, and creating client presentations, while identifying service efficiency enhancements and process improvements.
