Develop and grow relationships with Eye Care Practitioners while executing strategic sales plans to increase territory revenue. Set clear objectives for each sales interaction based on the needs of decision makers and influencers within the account. Collaborate with colleagues to create executional plans that meet customer and organizational needs. Execute marketing plans for specific products to help change customer behavior and drive product adoption. Demonstrate situational adaptability, persuade stakeholders, make timely, high-quality decisions, and maintain a customer-focused approach. Plan and prioritize work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals. Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas and meet call metrics, including reach and frequency to targeted accounts, while complying with regulations.
