The Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care Clinician Manager (PCCM) is a vital member of the Clinical Leadership team, responsible for overseeing clinical care, professional development, and practice administration. This role is crucial for enhancing patient care and quality, improving practice communication, and partnering with internal teams to strengthen provider recruitment, training, and development. The PCCM cultivates a learning and working environment that fosters continuous learning, professionalism, and exceptional clinical quality. Responsibilities may include occasional travel, conference presentations, business development calls, and participation in clinical initiatives or Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement projects. The PCCM will collaborate with VPC Leadership to manage the practice effectively.
The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are: $118,640 - $167,580 + bonus + equity + benefits
Starting base salary will be determined by job-related factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: education, training, skills, years and depth of experience, certifications and licensure, organizational needs, internal peer equity, and understanding of geographic and market data.
