Candidates must reside in the United Kingdom, be fluent in written and spoken English, and demonstrate Third Wave Systems Core Values, including being driven, taking pride, solutions-oriented, a critical thinker, and collaborative. They should possess a proven track record of success in sales, experience closing large, multi-year contracts, and proficiency in using CRM properly and timely, as well as social selling tools like LinkedIn for prospecting. Excellent communication and organizational skills are also required, along with resourcefulness and the ability to collaborate across a globally diverse prospect/customer base.
The Account Manager will be responsible for meeting revenue expectations by cultivating new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts, establishing relationships with customer executives, identifying customer's key business initiatives and creating value-based proposals aligned with their goals, prospecting for new business through referrals, events, and cold outreach, developing and maintaining long-term key account plans, leading multi-year contract negotiations, collaborating with the TWS team, representing TWS at tradeshows and conferences, orchestrating seminars and workshops, monitoring customer satisfaction, and using CRM and social selling tools effectively.
