Requirements

Responsibilities

The Account Manager will be responsible for meeting revenue expectations by cultivating new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts, establishing relationships with customer executives, identifying customer's key business initiatives and creating value-based proposals aligned with their goals, prospecting for new business through referrals, events, and cold outreach, developing and maintaining long-term key account plans, leading multi-year contract negotiations, collaborating with the TWS team, representing TWS at tradeshows and conferences, orchestrating seminars and workshops, monitoring customer satisfaction, and using CRM and social selling tools effectively.
