Vantage is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their growing Accounts team. This role is based in Toronto, Ontario, and focuses on building out launch and growth processes for retail clients. The Account Manager will be responsible for supporting existing clients and identifying new up-selling opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Launch and support retail clients through integration, platform trial, and growth phases.
  • Collaborate with the Ad Ops Team to assist clients with their digital advertising campaigns.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Deliver data-driven campaign recommendations to optimize client results.
  • Execute platform training sessions for new clients, with support from the Ad Ops Team.
  • Coordinate the procurement process for new clients with the Vantage Finance Team.
  • Manage the tech integration and product management process for new clients with the Vantage Dev Team.

Requirements

  • Experience in account management, sales, and/or project management.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with proficiency in various business productivity tools such as HubSpot, Asana, Zoom/Teams, Slack, Hugo, Otter, and G-Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Drive to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
  • Self-starter with a competitive nature.
