The Account Manager, Strategic Partnerships will serve as the long-term relationship manager focused on increasing engagement, new patient growth and provider retention, proactively communicate with partners to build trust and set appropriate expectations, collaborate with Talkiatry’s Strategic Partnerships team, act as the liaison between referral partners and internal teams, coordinate and lead virtual and in-person trainings, ensure partners have up-to-date information, manage issue resolution, escalations, and problem-solving, work cross-functionally to improve the partner experience, and prepare and present regular partnership performance data.

Talkiatry provides psychiatric care services through a telehealth platform, focusing on mental health support. Clients seeking help can easily check if their insurance is accepted and complete an online assessment, which helps match them with a suitable psychiatrist from Talkiatry's team. This allows clients to have their first virtual visit within days, making mental healthcare more accessible. Unlike many competitors, Talkiatry's services are covered by insurance, reducing the financial barriers often associated with mental health care. The goal of Talkiatry is to offer convenient and empathetic psychiatric care, led by a diverse team of experts, to help clients on their journey to better mental health.
